After looking at Physical Health ( Physical Activity and The Importance of Sleep), we are currently studying emotional health. We will look again at Physical Health ( Nutrition) in the New Year.
Today, students were asked to confer with a partner and write a reflection with suggestions about how to adopt a new pattern of thinking ( Positive Attitude Vs Negative Attitude). Students should have well-written and well -developed responses with detailed and specific suggestions for Jason and Annick.
Students will be given 5-10 minutes in class to finish this writing activity next week. If that does not seem like enough, if you work a little bit more slowly, please complete some at home over the weekend.
